Designing products people trust.
Leading teams that thrive.
I’ve spent my career helping organizations shape meaningful digital experiences — most recently at Mozilla, where I led the UX team for Firefox Desktop through bold redesigns, AI integrations, and a culture of experimentation. I bring equal care to people, product, and business impact.
-
As a part of two major UI redesigns of Firefox, first as an individual contributor and later as Creative Lead. These refreshes modernized the browser’s look and feel, improved accessibility, and shipped successfully to hundreds of millions of users worldwide.
-
I guided early-stage design and strategy for Firefox’s first AI-enabled features, attracting 50,000+ self-enrolled users, laying the foundation for AI adoption inside the browser experience.
-
As Director of UX, I created role frameworks, accountability systems, and culture-building practices that strengthened clarity and trust across a distributed design team. These structures allowed designers to focus on high-quality work while giving leadership visibility into progress and morale.
-
I led teams in developing an experiment-driven culture focused on onboarding and continuous user engagement. By collaborating with product leaders, data scientists, and engineers, we delivered experiments that improved retention and deepened user trust — Firefox’s most critical growth metrics.
